Investment Criteria

New investment opportunities should meet the following screening criteria:

• Required equity capital contribution is between $1.25 - $2.25 million
• Company revenues of $5 - $20 million
• Profitable operations with growing and sustainable margins
• Northeast U.S. location

Upon receipt of an investment proposal, TSG will undertake a timely and responsive preliminary analysis of the Company and investment opportunity focusing on the following:

• Company's management team and its strategy for growth
• Existing and potential markets for the company's products and services in terms of size, growth potential, and short- and long-term sustainability
• Market niche and the defensibility of such niche in which the Company competes
• Immediate and long-term capital needs necessary to execute the business plan
• Opportunity to leverage TSG’s Operations Partners’ industry and managerial expertise and
• Exit options available to TSG

Upon completion of this review, a member of TSG will contact the company regarding the firm’s interest in the investment opportunity.
