Ms. Robert brings to TSG extensive managerial and financial expertise in the branded product sector. She is the current CEO and majority owner of Terry Precision Cycling, a designer and director marketer of high end women's cycling apparel, bicycles and accessories. She is also the former CEO of The Vermont Teddy Bear Company, a nationally branded direct marketing gift-giving company including its renowned BearGram, PajamaGram, and Calyx and Corrola gift giving divisions.

Ms. Robert is a current Trustee of Middlebury College, a member of the Board of Advisors for the UVM School of Business Administration, and the former Chair of the New England Advisory Council to the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston. She earned her Bachelor's Degree Magna Cum Laude from Middlebury College, and her Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Vermont.
