Dave Gesmondi Senior Advisor

Mr. Gesmondi founded Bellmark Partners, a boutique investment banking firm dedicated to providing M&A, capital raising, restructuring, and strategic advisory services to lower middle market companies. Previously, Dave served at KeyBanc Capital Markets as a Senior Banker in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group, focusing focusing on buy side and sell side mergers and acquisitions transactions and capital raising assignments for both public and private companies. Prior to joining KeyBanc, Dave was a founding officer of the Consumer and Industrial M&A practice for Covington Associates LLC, a boutique investment bank based in Boston. Dave also spent six years in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Fleet Securities, the investment banking division of FleetBoston Financial Corporation. He has completed over 60 M&A transactions in his career.

Dave received a B.S. in Accounting, Magna Cum Laude from Boston College and his MBA with distinction from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
