Dave Gesmondi

Dave is the Founder and current CEO of Bellmark Partners LLC, a boutique investment banking company serving the lower middle market. Dave provides his clients with extensive mergers and acquisition, capital raise, restructuring and strategic advisory services.

Prior to Founding Bellmark Partners, Dave was a Senior Banker in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at KeyBanc Capital Markets. At KeyBanc, Dave focused on buy side and sell side mergers and acquisitions transactions. Prior to joining KeyBanc, Dave was a founding officer of the Consumer and Industrial M&A practice for Covington Associates LLC, a boutique investment bank based in Boston.

Our affiliation with Dave began with his involvement with the successful sale of two of our portfolio companies: the Vermont Teddy Bear Co., Inc. and Katahdin Industries, Inc. Dave joined TSG as a Senior Advisor in 2009.
